Have you ever solved a complex problem at work, felt a sense of accomplishment, and then struggled to recall the solution a few months later? If so, you're not alone. I experienced this challenge firsthand, which led me to implement my own weekly review process. Over the past four months, I've religiously conducted these review sessions to maximize knowledge retention, and the results have been really positive. I've improved my skills, and I've also retained a significant amount of hard-earned knowledge from my job.
Given the value I've gotten from these weekly reviews, I've decided to share my process in the hopes that it may benefit others as well. Whether you're a software developer, a student, or someone looking to enhance your learning and memory retention, I know from experience that this strategy works.
